In Special education field, ICT and/or ICT use instruction is use of low tech, classroom advancement, CAI, CD-ROM as well as use of ultramodern IT machinery. when new ideas for ICT are raised, proposed political recommendation is not too heavy a burden to carry out. and so traditional instruction method and information communication machinery are utilized not formal use but heartily use for disabled children's educational achievement.
information society, there is no exception that IT machinery is used in instruction and the present situation comprise special education. but special education is different from general education in many aspect. in that result, educational use types of ICT are divided by three division. curriculum-based, living-based, mixture of curriculum and living. ultimately, the target of ICT use education is preparation of social inclusion, rise in learning.
For attain the goal, teaching methods are modified as follows: 1) positive use of classroom advancement, 2) study for subfield related to ICT use, 3) education that compensate for disability, 4) teacher's direct intervention, 5) application of universal design for learning. but those teaching methods may universal but general principle. so proving the effectiveness of each teaching method, various experiments are followed.
