The purpose of this study is to reveal to program compositions and strategies of supported employment for individuals with developmental disabilities. In order to achieve such a purpose, the writer surveyed the key components related to the supported employment for persons with developmental disabilities. The area suggests that management and program evaluation activities should be accomplished rehabilitation counselor. The results from this study are as follows: First, Supported employment models are undergoing changes to meet the needs of workers with disabilities and the conditions of local labor markets. This study outlines a number of proposed critical performance evaluation indicators and suggests that one should select specific performance indicators based on the program``s objectives, and according to whether the evaluation``s primary focus is the participant, the program, or the larger service delivery system. Supported employment must be recognized as a viable new approach to persons with developmental disabilities.
