호텔 식음료부문 상사의 리더십이 종사자의 조직시민행동 및 직무성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 = Leadership, Organization Citizenship Behavior and Job Performance Food and Beverage in Tourist Hotel

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The objective of this study is to discover the relationship between leadership, organizational citizenship behavior and Job performance food and beverage for strategy managers in tourist Hotel this Article was used SPSS12.0 and LISREL8.3 and analysis using by CFA(Confirmatory Factor Analysis). the study set 6 hypotheses in total and diagrammatized the study model based on the investigation results of prior studies and literature and the hypotheses will be verified by analysis of actual proofs. According to the result, Transactional Leadership and Transformational Leadership have significant effect to Organizational Citizenship Behavior, but they have insignificant effect to Job Performance. OCB-Job Performance relation has significant effect in food and beverage in tourist hotel in seoul. Future research should be studied and extended other area and fields, such as family restaurant and other hotel departure.
