호텔종사원의 여가활동유형과 직무만족과의 관계 = The Relationship Between Leisure Activities and Job Satisfaction of Hotel Employees

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between leisure activities and job satisfaction of hotel employees. The leisure activities were classified with 6 types and the 4 factors from 15 items of job satisfaction were extracted. The sports of 6 leisure activity types was most popular among the hotel employees. The leisure activities were significantly different by the gender, marital status, education, working period, and positions of hotel employees. The leisure activity type showed significant difference on the salary and extra benefits of job satisfaction factors. Job aptitude and achievement of job satisfaction factors showed the highest mean value.
