지적측량기준점 원점 일원화 방안 = 강경읍 사례를 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

1910년대 일제의 식민지 정책의 일환으로 실시한 토지조사사업은 그 당시 한정된 인원과 장비로 한반도의 방대한 면적과 수많은 필지를 조사하기가 불가능했다. 이에 일본은 시급히 지세의 징수를 위해 세수가 많은 일부 지역에 한하여 특별소삼각측량을 시행하였다. 강경읍과 같이 특별소삼각측량을 실시한 지역들은 통일지역 내에 특별소삼각원점과 일반원점이 혼재하여 연속도면 제작시 동일한 결과를 얻을 수 없으므로 지적측량기준점 일원화를 추진하였다.
본 연구의 문제 해결 방법으로 동ㆍ리간 토지경계 접합에 의한 지적도곽좌표결정방법을 제시한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The project of land survey of Korea in 1910's was enforced a part of Japanese colonial policy. The limited personnel and equipment at that time were impossible to examinate a vast area and numbers of parcels on the Korean Peninsula. Therefore Japan enforced the special small triangulation surveying quickly in order to collect a land tax within a part of expensive region. The regions were enforced a special small triangulation surveying as Kang-kyong town promoted the unification of cadastral survey control point. Because coexist of special small triangulation point and general origin point caused a different result when the successive of cadastral map edge was produced.
This study suggests a solution as the method of cadastral map edge coordinate decisive by successive of the land boundary between two villages (li or dong) in cadastral map.
