주택정책의 신뢰수준 및 결정요인에 관한 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 주택정책의 신뢰수준 및 주택정책의 신뢰성을 결정짓는 주요 요인의 선정 및 실증분석에 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 정책신뢰와 관련한 문헌 및 선행연구를 검토하였으며, 광주광역시에 위치한 부동산중개업자를 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 광주광역시 5개 자치구에 각각 40부씩의 표본을 할당하여 총 200부를 회수하였으며, 이를 실증분석에 활용하였다. 그리고 분석방법으로서는 분산분석, 상관성 분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 다중회귀분석 결과를 중심으로 주택정책신뢰성에 대한 영향력 정도를 정리하면 정책당국자 요인(β=-.317, p＜.000), 정책과정 요인(β=.244, p＜.001), 정책내용 요인(=.215, p＜.006)등의 순으로 그 영향력이 확인되었다. 그러나 정책홍보 요인과 배경변인(인구학적ㆍ사회경제적 변인)은 통계적으로 유의미하지 못한 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study has three basic objective : first, to examine the housing policy trust level , second, to identify the independent variables which might affect housing policy trust ; third, to analyze the extent showing that the identified variables are explaining housing policy trust. For the purpose, the previous studies and theories concerning the policy trust were reviewed. And the questionnaire was performed the consciousness of the real estate broker. And the major statistical methods used for this research were ANOVA, Correlation Analysis, Multiple Regression Analysis. The Multi Regression analysis results from determinative factors of housing policy trust are as Follows ; The ranks of importance effect are policy actor(β=-.317, p＜.000), policy process(β=.244, p＜.001), and policy contents(β=.215, p＜.006). But the effect between housing policy trust and policy PR, settings factors is not significant(p＞.05).
