농촌노인의 건강과 생활만족도와의 관계 = The Relationship of Health and Life of Satisfaction on Rural Elderlies

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 충남 청양군에 거주하는 65세 이상의 농촌 노인 326명을 대상으로 건강과 생활만족 도와의 관계를 연구하기 위해 2004년 9월 10일부터 9월 30일까지 구조화된 설문지로 통해 연접 조사 한 후 SPSS 12.0으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 농촌노인의 생활 만족도는 교육정도가 높을수록,종교생활을 할수록， 한 달 생활비가 많을수록, 의료보험에 가입한 경우일수록 높았다. 또한 주관적으로 건강하다고 생각할수록,「충분 한 수면과 휴식」,「규칙적인 운동」，「정기적인 건강검진」 둥을 할수록, 일상생활수행능력 정도가 높을수록 생활만족도가 높았다 본 연구를 바탕으로, 농촌노인의 생활만족도를 높이기 위해서는 건강관리 실천을 높일 수 있는 교육 프로그램의 보급이 필요하다. 이동복지관과 보건진료원을 통한 적극적인 건강관리 실천에 대한 홍보와 교육도 필요하다. 이때 정기적인 검진을 통해 건강관리를 할 수 있는 기회를 제공할 수 있도록 해야 한다. 또한 농촌노인의 생활만족도를 높이기 위해 현재 도시지역 노인 중심의 일자리 창출사업을 농촌으로 확대할 필요가 있다

This study analysed the relationship of health and life satisfaction among 326 rural elderlies at Chungnam, Chungyang in 2004, Based upon the findings and conclusions of previous studies, T-test and ANOA were applied in analyzing the relationship of health and life satisfaction Our results show that rural elderlies s life satisfaction increase significantly when their education and their cost of living on monthly are higher. And Their life satisfaction increase significantly when their perception of subjective health is higher and when their practices of health behaviors are higher. In results, this study suggested the following policy guidelines. First, exercise program for rural elderlies will be supply at rural community hall. Second, Mobile Welfare Canter and Health Center It is necessary to provide for health education and health checkup. Third, because the most of rural elderlies are placed to low economic situation, we suggests that the job-creating for rural elderlies must to provide
