한국에서 규제국가의 등장과 정부-기업관계

국문 초록 (Abstract)

1980년대 경제자유화 및 안정화 정책을 실행한 이 후 한국의 국가는 서서히 발전국가에서 규제국가로 전환하고 있다. 그러나 한국에서 등장하고 있는 규제국가는 미주 및 유럽에서 복지국가가 퇴조하면서 등장한 규제국가와는 속성상 차이를 보인다. 한국의 규제국가는 발전국가적 속성을 여전히 갖고 있다. 본 연구는 정부-대기업 그리고 정부-중소벤처기업관계를 분석함으로써 규제국가적 속성과 발전국가적 속성이 공존하면서 새로운 형태의 규제국가를 형성해 가고 있음을 보여주고자 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Since assuming the system of economic liberalization and stabilization policies in the 1980s, the Korean state has changed from a developmental to a regulatory state. The regulatory state emerging in Korea, however, is distinguished in its nature from those that took place in consequence of welfare state retrenchment. The regulatory state in Korea still maintains the legacies of the developmental state. The study attempts to show that the Korean state has developed into a new regulatory state in which developmental and regulatory axioms coexist by analyzing government-big business and government-IT venture industry relations.
