행정조직과 기업조직의 조직문화 비교 = A Comparison of Organizational Culture in Public Agencies and Private Firms

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 구청, 경찰서, 제조업체, 첨단산업의 구성원 700명을 대상으로 행정조직과 기업조직의 조직문화를 비교하고 나아가 조직문화의 조직효과성의 관계를 비교분석한 것이다. 분석결과 행정조직은 기업조직보다 위계문화가 높은 반면, 기업조직은 행정조직보다 발전문학, 집단문화, 합리문화가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 조직문화가 조직몰입이나 직무만족에 미치는 영향에 대해서는 행정조직보다 기업조직의 영향력이 강했으며, 세부적으로 행정조직에서는 집단문화와 합리문화가, 기업조직에서는 집단문화와 발전문화가 의미있는 긍정적 영향을 미쳤다. 한편 조직문화의 강도와 조직몰입이나 직무만족의 상관관계는 행정조직과 기업조직에서 모두 의미없는 것으로 나왔다.
