전라남도 영유아 보육시설 운영실태 조사

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In this study, questionnaires for child care center managers and child care teachers were developed to research the actual condition and a development plan of child care center of Jeollanam-do. Next, after distributing above questionnaires to 821 child care center managers and 821 child care teachers in Jeollanam-do, the results were analyzed.<br/>
The analyzed result were categorized into following five sub-groups: First, the actual condition of establishment and installations of child care centers. Second, the present state of children. Third, the actual condition and demands of child care teachers and employees. Fourth, the actual management condition and demands of child care centers. Fifth, the actual condition and demands of the comprehensive child care service. Disscusions and recommendations centering around above five results were presented in this study.
