보육교사 연수프로그램에서 사용하는 교수 방법에 대한 연구 = Study of Nservice Training Strategies for Child Care Teachers

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The study purposed to investigate inservice training strategies in terms of the experiences, preferences, and degree of effectiveness of the strategies that child care teacher perceived. Two hundred twenty two child care teachers responded to the survey, 'Training strategies adopted by inservice programs for child care teachers'.
Findings of the study are summarized into the following four points.
First, high percentage of the teachers experienced training strategies for large group of teachers such as lecture, handouts, etc.
Second, the teachers tended to prefer the strategies to help practice teaching skills such as worksheet, modeling, movies and so on.
Third, the teachers perceived the strategies which they prefer to be adopted in inservice programs as having high degree of learning effectiveness compared to the strategies not to be preferred.
Fourth, there were strong positive correlation between the degree of preference and effectiveness perceived by the child care teachers.
