고층과 초고층아파트의 구매특성 비교연구 = A Comparative Study on the Characteristics of Purchase between High-rise and Super-high-rise Apartment

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Although there is a current boom in the construction of super-high-rise apartments in Korea, there is not sufficient study which has been performed on the market's specific demands regarding the preference for super-high-rise apartments, as compared to high-rise apartments. Therefore, this study aims to compare and analyze the differences between recently constructed high-rise apartments and super-high-rise apartments regarding general characteristics and purchasing considerations.The subjects of the analysis were current super-high-rise apartments with at least 40 stories and high-rise apartments with 16 to 29 stories located in Seoul which was occupied since 2000. The questionnaire surveys targeted real estate agencies and those who had extensive experience in the real estate business, especially in the areas of real estate sales and rental. To effectively infuse the preferences of the market in the super-high-rise apartment construction planning, it is important to carefully consider the different purchase factors for super-high-rise apartments found in this study.As a conclusion, an opportunity of view was founded as a most important factor and a second important factor was a image of construction company for a super-high-rise apartments.
