진로탐색 집단상담 프로그램이 중학생의 진로의사결정 유형 및 진로결정 자기효능감에 미치는 효과 = The Effects of Career Exploration Group Counseling Program on the Career Decision-Making and Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy of Middle School Students

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 진로탐색 집단상담 프로그램이 중학생의 진로의사결정 능력과 진로결정 자기효능감에 미치는 효과를 규명하고자 하였다. 연구가설은 첫째, 진로탐색 집단상담 프로그램에 참여한 실험집단의 진로의사결정 유형은 통제집단보다 향상 될 것이다. 둘째, 진로탐색 집단상담 프로그램에 참여한 실험집단의 진로결정 자기효능감은 통제집단보다 향상될 것이다. 연구대상은 대구광역시에 소재하고 있는 D중학교 2학년 남⋅여 학생들로서 실험집단과 통제집단에 각각 15명씩 무선 배정하였다. 측정 도구는 Harren(1979)이 개발한 진로의사결정척도(Assessment of Career Decision Making : ACDM)의 진로의사결정 유형검사를 이현림(2000)이 번안한 것을 사용하였으며, 진로결정 자기효능감은 Taylor와 Betz(1983)에 의하여 개발된 CDMSES의 단축형 척도를 번안하여 사용하였다. 자료분석은 집단별로 사전⋅사후검사에 대한 평균과 표준편차를 산출하고, 그 유의 정도를 알아보기 위해 사전검사 점수를 공변인으로 하여 공변량 분석을 하였다.
연구 결과를 요약하면 첫째, 진로탐색 집단상담 프로그램에 참가한 학생은 통제집단에 비해 진로의사결정 유형에서 직관적 유형과 의존적 유형은 의미있게 감소하였고, 합리적 유형은 유의미하게 증가하였다. 둘째, 진로탐색 집단상담 프로그램을 실시한 집단은 통제집단에 비해 진로결정 자기효능감의 자기 평가, 직업정보 수집, 목표 선정, 계획 수립, 문제 해결의 다섯 가지 영역에서 유의미하게 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 진로탐색 집단상담 프로그램이 중학생의 진로결정 자기효능감에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있음을 나타내었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

For the purpose of examining into the effects of career exploration group counseling program on the career decision-making and career decision-making self-efficacy of middle school students, the hypothesis of the study were first, the career decision-making level in the experimental group, which participated in the career exploration group counseling program, would be enhanced more than the control group. Second, the career decision-making self-efficacy in the experimental group, would be increased more than the control group. The subjects of the study were junior students in D middle school in Daegu, Korea. Those students were allocated to an experimental and a control group by 15 students, respectively.
The results of the study were first, as for the experimental group, a career decision-making type was reduced the intuitive type while having been increased the rational type, compared to the control group. The career exploration group counseling program had positive influences upon the career decision-making ability of the students. Second, the experimental group, was indicated to be significantly enhanced in the total scores for the career decision-making self-efficacy and in five subareas (self-evaluation, information job-collection, goal selection, plan establishment, and problem solution) compared to the control group. These results proved that the career exploration group counseling program showed the positive effects on career decision-making self-efficacy of middle school students.
