골프지도자의 지도유형에 따른 지도대상자의 만족도에 관한 연구 = The Satisfaction of Learner with respect to teaching method in golf

The purpose of this study was to propose the scheme of marketing which maximizes the satisfaction of learner who participate in golf with respect to teaching method. The subjects of this study were 337 people who live in Chung jo city participating in out door golf practice center. We excluded 37 peoples` data because the question wasn`t completely answered. We used descriptive statistics and ANOVA analysis to found out satisfaction difference among teaching method. The result of this study was as followed. First, there were significant difference between male and female in satisfaction who was taught by Training and Instruction, Social Support Behavior, Positive Feedback Behavior teaching method. The female showed higher satisfaction compare to male. Second, there weren`t any significant difference among the age in satisfaction who was taught by Training and Instruction, Democratic Behavior, Autocratic Behavior, Social Support Behavior, Positive Feedback Behavior teaching method. But the mean of satisfaction showed higher with respect to the older age. Third, social Support Behavior solely showed significant difference among academical background. Training and Instruction, Democratic Behavior, Autocratic Behavior and Social Support Behavior, Positive Feedback Behavior seams to be opposite concepts so as to reveal that the highly educated people preferred Training and Instruction, Democratic Behavior, Autocratic Behavior and low educated people preferred Social Support Behavior, Positive Feedback Behavior. Forth, there weren`t any significant difference between income in all teaching methods. Fifth, there were significant difference among career in Training and Instruction, Democratic Behavior, Social Support Behavior, Positive Feedback Behavior. In Training and Instruction, Democratic Behavior, Social Support Behavior, Positive Feedback Behavior, 3 years of career group similarly showed highest satisfaction. On the contrary, the less than 6 month career group preferred Autocratic Behavior. From these result We could conclude as followed. First, according to the result of this research, the sex, academical background, and career showed different satisfaction level. The golf coach have to carefully choose teaching method based on the sex, academical background, and career when they start teaching. Second, the coach have to select appropriate teaching method when they are teaching different sex and career of learner.
