교육과정 영역으로서의 수업평가 = Teaching Evaluation in Area of Curriculum

국문 초록 (Abstract)

수업평가 결과의 활용, 수업평가 방식의 타당성과 객관성의 여부, 각 교과별 수업평가의 특성에 대한 수업평가와 관련한 연구들이 교육행정, 교육평가 영역에서 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 그럼에도 수업을 본질적으로 이해하고 이러한 이해를 바탕으로 한 수업평가의 목적과 내용에 대한 연구는 아직 미흡한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 교육과정 영역으로서 수업평가의 개념과 목적을 재조명하고 이를 토대로 수업평가의 성격과 방식을 본질적 관점에서 밝히고자 하였다. 수업평가와 교육과정 실행 평가는 그 목적과 성격상 각각 다른 의미로 이해되기보다는 수업의 질 향상이라는 같은 목적을 공유하고 있기 때문이다. 그럼에도 현재의 평가 방식은 수업 개선을 위한 신뢰성과 타당성을 확보하기 위한 노력보다는 아직까지 결과적, 실증적, 기술적 측정 방식에 머물러 있는 실정이다. 따라서 교육과정 실행 평가에서 추구하고 있는 과정적, 해석적, 대화식 방식의 도입과 함께 이를 현장에 적용할 수 있는 구체적 평가 준거와 도구의 개발이 시급하다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Almost studies concern with teaching evaluation were that focused on educational administration, teachers` result except students` learning result. But, The studies that teaching evaluation in curriculum`s area can`t find it. So, The purpose of this study is to classify about the concept and aim of teaching evaluation in curriculum`s area. The result of this study were as following; First. Teaching evaluation focus on summative evaluation about development area of teachers` instructional behavior. Second. Through reflection thinking, included teachers` attitude and positive effort for professional growth(instructional development) in evaluation criteria. Third. For professional growth, composed evaluation area by instruction step and apportion to detail to the evaluations` criteria and then established validity and reliability of evaluations` criteria.
