만성질환을 앓고 있는 의료급여 수급자의 자아존중감이 삶의 질에 미치는 영향과 우울의 매개효과 검증 = The study of relationship between Self-Respect and Quality of Life, and mediation effect of Depression Among the recipients of the medical security with a chronic disease

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 만성질환을 가진 1종 의료급여 수급자가 지각하는 자아존중감이 삶의 질에 미치는 영향과 우울의 매개효과를 분석하였다. 연구대상은 보건복지부의 의료급여 사례관리 사업에 참여하고 있는 만성질환 1종 의료급여 수급자 224명으로서, 각 변인의 인과관계와 매개효과 검증을 위해서 구조방정식을 적용하였다. 연구결과에 의하면 의료급여 수급자의 자아존중감은 우울에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치고, 우울 또한 이들이 지각하는 삶의 질에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 자아존중감이 삶의 질에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 결국 우울은 부분매개효과를 지니는 것으로 검증되었다. 본 연구는 의료급여제도 본연의 목적이라 할 수 있는 의료급여수급자의 삶의 질을 향상시키기 위한 정책 및 실천적 근거로 활용되어질 수 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study analyses the relationship between self-respect and quality of life, mediation effect of depression for the recipients of medical security with a chronic disease. The sample of this study consist of the recipients of the medical security who have a chronic disease and participate in the program of case management for the medical security of the Ministry of Health and Welfare, and the sample size of this study is 224. The structural Equation Model(SEM) is used. The research results show that self-respect of the recipients of the medical security has statistically significant meaning on depression, and depression has statistically significant effect on quality of life. Also, Self-respect has significant effect on quality of life. After all, this study verifies that depression is mediator between self-respect and quality of life. This study discusses theoretical and practical implications for improving quality of life of people who are recipients of the medical security.
