분단 60년, 탈북자와 남북관계: 역사적 추이와 변화 = The escaper from North Korea and The relations between South-North Korea during 60years after Division: Focusing on the historical change

This article analyzes the historical change of escaper from North Korea and relations between South Korea and North Korea during 60years after Korea Division. Especially during 60years after Korea Division the escaper from North Korea and relations between South Korea and North Korea analyzes the mutual relation focusing on the period. The first chapter is to see the case of Germany. The second chapter is to analyze the escapement from North Korea and the hostile relation`s making between South-North Korea during the period 1945 to 1953. The third chapter is to analyze the competition about system between South-North Korea and the generous treatment policy about escaper from North Korea during the period 1953 to 1980`s. The fourth chapter is to analyze the policy change about escaper from North Korea and the change of relations between South-North Korea during the period 1990`s. And then chapter is to analyze that the escaper`s problem is to follow the change of relations between South-North Korea during the period 2000 to 2004. The sixth chapter, the conclusion of this study, is to show our view and subject after 2005.
