This study is intended to review the method of reflecting the Korean education curriculum(hereinafter "curriculum") into the Korean textbook(hereinafter "textbook"). The textbook is a teaching ? learning material that embodies the intention and content of the curriculum. And it takes an important role in the field of education. Therefore the intention and spirit of the curriculum can be realized through substantially reflected contents into the textbook. Nevertheless any detailed study has not been carried out on the degree or method of reflection of the curriculum into the textbook. This study analyzed reflecting methods for content of the curriculum, which were shown on the textbook and divided them into three categories. The analysis results on the degree of reflection of the content of the curriculum showed different degree of reflection for each area of the curriculum content. The analysis results on the form of reflection of the content of the curriculum showed that direct method reflected the curriculum more well than indirect did. The analysis results on the degree of deformation of content of the curriculum showed that there were method of extension. reduction, addition and deletion.
