2세 영아반 초임 교사의 정체성 형성 과정 = The Development of the Professional Identity of BeginningTeachers in Charge of Toddler Classes

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to delve into the role performance of first-year daycare center teachers in charge of toddlers and the development of their professional identity. The subjects in this study were beginning teachers who were responsible for toddlers at a daycare center, where this researcher has worked. Observation and interviews were conducted over a one-year period, concerning aspects of their lives before being teachers, how they came to serve as teachers, how they lead their lives as teachers of toddlers and how their professional identity was built.
It was found that, in general, their professional identity was established in three stages：conflicting, awakening and reflecting.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 영아반 초임교사의 첫 해 교직생활 전반을 심층적으로 들여다보고 영아반 교사로서의 정체성 형성 과정을 탐색해 봄으로써 영아반 교사교육의 방향에 시사점을 제공하고자 수행되었다. 우주대학교 위탁운영 시립 어린이집에 근무하는 4년제 유아교육과를 졸업한 2명의 영아반 초임교사를 연구 참여자로 하여, 첫 1년 동안 가르치고 보살피는 역할을 중심으로 살펴보았다. 영아반 초임교사의 정체성은 혼돈과 갈등의 과정, 문제 인식과 갈등 해결의 과정, 반성과 변화의 과정을 거쳐 형성되었다.
