반성적 사고에 기초한 유치원 교육실습과 예비교사의 발달적 변화 = Developmental Change of the Practice Student and Teaching Practice based on the Reflective Thinking

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 반성적 사고 능력을 갖춘 전문성 있는 교사를 양성하기 위하여 예비교사에게 반성적 사고에 기초한 교육실습과정을 제공한 후 예비교사의 발달적 변화를 탐색하고자 하였다. 연구참여자는 제주시에 소재한 3년제 대학의 유아교육과 3학년 예비교사 6명, 실습지도교사 3명, 실습지도교수로 구성되었다. 자료 수집은 예비교사의 저널을 주 분석 대상으로 하였으며, 정기협의회, 수업관찰 및 실습일지, 실습지도교사 저널 등은 보조적 자료로 사용하였다. 그 결과, 예비교사는 반성적 사고에 기초한 교육실습과정을 통해 수업의 계획과 운영, 유아 행동 관찰과 이해, 인간관계 형성 측면에서 발달적으로 변화하였다.

The purpose of this study is to inquire into the developmental change of practice students for nurturing the teachers with reflective thinking of professional skills after offering practice student teachers field practice curriculums based on the reflective thinking.
The participants in this study were composed of 6 members of practice student of junior students in Jeju city‘s Departement of Early Childhood Education college, 6 assistants for practice teaching, and 1 professor.
Data was collected and analyzed through student teachers‘ journals and notes from regular meeting, class observations, and practice diaries practice assistants‘ journals were supplementary used.
The results, practice student was revealed developmental change in the teaching planning and management, child behavior observation and practice, and the formation of human relationship through the practice curriculum based on the reflective thinking.
