유아교사의 창의성 검사 도구 타당화 = Validation of the Self Rating Scales for Early Childhood Teacher's Creativity

This study validates the rating scales of early childhood teacher's creativity, which is based on the work of Cropley(2004) and formulates the two factors, cognition and personality of early childhood teachers. To do this, the study executed reliability of Cronbach's α and construct validity by using statistical technique of Amos 7.0 for confirmatory factor analysis.
This study showed that Cronbach's α for cognitive domain was 0.926 and for personality domain, 0.876. Also, Cronbach's α revealed from 0.601 to 0.869 in 6 categories of the scales. This means the scales is appropriate for teachers for young children. Confirmatory factor analysis revealed NFI=.991, CFI=.997, NNFI=.993, RMSEA=.043 in each domain of the scales. These all results is proper for early childhood teacher's creativity.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 창의성 요소를 인지적 특성과 인성적 특성으로 구분한 Cropley(2004)의 창의성 요소 모델에 기초하여 유아교사 창의성 검사도구를 한국적 상황에 맞게 수정하여 제작하고 이를 타당화하고자 하였다. 유아교사 창의성 검사도구는 창의성 하위에 인지적 특성과 인성적 특성의 2개 요인 및 하위 6개 세부요인으로 구성되어있다. 연구 결과 교사 창의성 검사도구는 내적 합치도, 구인타당도 면에서 유아교사에게 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로 본 검사의 인지적 및 인성적 특성에 관한 척도의 신뢰도는 각각 0.926, 0.876으로 나타났고, 6개 하위요인별 Cronbach 's α 는 .601~.869이었다. 검사도구에 대한 확인적 요인 분석의 결과 NFI=.991, CFI=.997, NNFI=.993, RMSEA=.043으로 나타나 인지적·인성적 특성과 하위 요인 구조가 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 통해 본 연구에서 수정 제작한 유아교사의 창의성 에 대한 검사도구는 현실적으로 유아들과의 수업과정에서의 유아교사가 발휘할 수 있는 창의적 능력에 대한 기본적인 현상을 측정할 수 있음과 동시에 유아교사의 창의성 발휘에 어떤 요인들이 강구되어야 하는지를 알 수 있는 기반을 마련하였다.
