유치원 교사의 문자언어 교수실천에 대한 자기 반성의 주제와 의미 = Themes and Meanings of Kindergarten Teachers' Self-Reflection about Literacy Teaching Practice

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of the study was to explore themes of kindergarten teachers' self-reflection on literacy teaching practice and to discuss the meanings.
The participants of this study were 57 kindergarten teachers who were studying early childhood education in a graduate school. Participant teachers' self-reflective journals were collected and analysed qualitatively.
The study revealed the following：
First, kindergarten teachers reflected on phenomena that they confronted in practice.
Second, kindergarten teachers reflected on their belief about literacy teaching practice.
Third, kindergarten teachers reflected on their reflective teaching practice.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 유아의 문자언어교육 실천에 대한 유치원 교사의 자기반성의 주제를 알아보고, 그 의미를 논의하고자 하였다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 문자언어교육 실천에 대한 유치원 교사의 자기 반성적 저널을 수집하여 질적으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과 유치원 교사의 문자언어교육 실천에 관한 반성의 주제는 크게 현상에 대한 반성, 자기신념에 대한 반성, 전문성에 대한 반성으로 범주화 할 수 있었다. 구체적으로, 교사들이 직면하는 현상들은 학부모의 글자교육 요구, 초등학교 1학년의 받아쓰기 시험, 유아교육 관리자의 철학과 관점, 학습지의 보편화, 주변 유아교육기관과의 경쟁 등의 하위 주제가 나타났다. 자기신념에 대한 반성은 교사 자신의 불확실한 신념, 이론적 신념과 실천의 불일치, 실천적 신념 등 이론과 실제에 대한 자기 성찰의 주제가 나타났다. 그리고 전문성에 대한 반성은 전문가로서의 자기 점검, 반성적 실천과 성장 등의 하위 주제가 나타났다. 연구자는 연구 결과에서 추출된 교사들의 자기반성의 주제들과 내용이 우리나라의 유아문자언어교수에 시사하는 의미를 논의하였다.
