청소년의 낙관성과 우유부단이 진로의사결정유형과 수준에 미치는 영향 = Effects of Optimism and Indecisiveness to Career Decision-Making Style and Level of Adolescents

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 고등학생 228명을 대상으로 낙관성과 우유부단이 진로의사결정유형과 수준에 영향을 미치는지를 알아보고자 실시되었다. 낙관성척도와 우유부단척도는 번안하여 실시하였고 진로의사결정유형과 수준을 측정하는 진로의사결정유형척도와 진로결정척도를 함께 분석하였다. 연구결과, 낙관성과 우유부단은 진로의사결정유형 및 수준과 유의한 상관관계를 보였고 남녀차이분석에서는 낙관성은 유의한 차이가 없는 반면 우유부단, 직관적 유형, 확신성, 미결정에서는 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 청소년의 진로의사결정유형 및 수준에 낙관성과 우유부단이 직간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 낙관성은 합리적 의사결정에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 진로결정에 대해 확신을 갖도록 하였다. 우유부단은 직관적 유형과 확신성에 부정적인 영향을 미치며, 의존적 유형과 진로미결정에는 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 논의에서는 연구결과의 의의와 진로상담에서의 제안을 제시하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The present study examined effects of optimism and indecisiveness to career decision-making style and level of adolescent. The subjects of this study were 228 students from high schools in Seoul and Gwangju area. A set of tests(Life Orientation Test-Revised, Indecisiveness Scale, Assessment of Career Decision Making and Career Decision Scale) were administered to the students. The data were analyzed by correlation analysis, t-test, path analysis and covariance structural modeling. There were significant correlations between optimism and indecisiveness and career decision-making style and level. Also, there were partially significant difference to the indecisiveness, career decision-making style and level by gender. Optimism and indecisiveness directly and indirectly influenced career decision-making style and level. Results and counseling implications are discussed.
