초등교사의 교사효능감과 학교조직문화 간의 관계 = Predictive relations of teacher efficacy to school cultures: Teachers’ participation in school decision-making processes, student-teacher relationship, and teacher-teacher relationship

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구 목적은 학교조직문화를 구성하는 하위요인과 교사효능감 간의 관계 및 교사효능감에 대한 학교조직문화 하위요인의 상대적 설명력을 확인하는 것이었다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 초등학교 교사 59명을 대상으로 교사효능감검사와 학교조직문화검사를 실시하였다. 먼저 교사효능감과 교사가 지각하는 학교조직문화 하위요인 간의 관계에 있어 동료교사와의 관계 요인을 제외한 의사결정참여, 행정가와의 관계, 학생과의 관계가 교사효능감과 정적 상관을 나타내었다. 회귀분석 결과, 지각된 학교조직문화 하위요인 중 의사결정참여와 교사-학생과의 관계만이 교사효능감에 대해 유의한 설명을 하는 것으로 확인되었으며, 상대적으로 의사결정참여가 교사효능감을 보다 잘 설명하는 변인으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 학교조직문화 중 의사결정참여와 교사-학생간 관계 변화를 통해 교사들이 갖는 교사효능감을 변화시킬 수 있다는 것을 간접적으로 시사한다.
