유치원 초임교사가 교직 수행시 직면하는 어려움에 관한 연구 : 수도권 사립유치원을 중심으로 = A Study On The Difficulties and Problems Of First-Year Kindergarten Teachers In Taking A Role Of Their Work: Centering Around A Private Kindergarten In Metropolitan Area

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 유치원의 초임교사들이 교직생활의 경험을 통해 겪고 있는 어려움에 대해 알아보며, 나아가 초임교사에게 필요한 지원의 방법과 방향을 모색해보고자 함을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구는 수도권에 거주하는 사립유치원의 초임교사를 대상으로 이루어졌으며. 이들의 어려움을 알아보기 위해 초임교사가 직면한 어려움에 관한 설문조사를 통해 연구하였다. 연구결과 이들은 과중한 업무를 가장 어려운 문제로 생각했고, 그 다음으로 학부모와의 관계, 유아생활지도를 어려워하였다, 교과지도 중에서는 이야기나누기와 신체표현활동을 가장 어려워하는 것으로 나타났다. 초임교사를 위한 지원방향으로 이들이 선호하는 것은 초임교사 개별지도제와 수습교사제도였다

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to discribe the difficulties and problems of first-year kindergarten teachers when they were taking a role of their works, and co find the way of an induction program for them.
This research was done with 128 beginning teachers in private kindergartens located in the capital region.
All the data and information used for constructing this study was based on surveys done by these beginning teachers sellected.
The instrument of this study was a questionnaire composed of 38 items.
The results of this study were as follows;
1) The survey said the most difficulty of the beginning teachers was their heavy work. Their average working time was 9.87 hours per day.
2) The next was a relationship with parents of their children.
3) The third biggest difficulties was how to guide and counsel their children.
4) Among their teaching process, storytelling and movement education were major difficulties. Accordingly they were under a difficulty of reaching in a large group.
5) The induction programs which beginning teachers prefered were mentoring program and internship.
