This study on field problems experienced by public kindergarten teachers managing kindergarten curriculum under the present circumstance of teaching profession society is to survey what the field problems are and how they recognize the problems. It is 311 teachers out of public kindergarten teachers working in the kindergartens attached to elementary schools located in 22 cities and districts of Jeonnam providence who join the study.
According to the study, first of all, it is shown that the field problems from managing curriculum are roughly related to the security and support for teachers and study materials, the differentiated education, the work assignment, the problems resulted from the relationship with elementary schools like education for the event focusing on elementary schools, the shortage of administrational and financial support from government all over the early childhood education, and the extended running of school hour and the quality of lecture.
The second, teachers' recognition on the field problems varies in their career. The middle group, in terms of their working years, of teachers with 4-8 and 9-15 years career takes the field problems more seriously than the teachers with relatively short career like 1-3 years and the long careered teachers working more than 16 years recognize the problems.
The third, in terms of academic career, teachers with higher academic career recognize the field problems found during managing curriculum more seriously. It is also shown that they consider the improvement of the problems.
