다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)
The purpose of this study is to probe the premises and limits of self-regulation. As its purpose is above, the analysis includes how market structure is composed, what is the actor's behavioral incentives, and on what reason are the actors comply those regulation. The result shows us that newspapers in korea never had traded in the normal market which price and competition mechanisms are working. In conclusion, it is not only difficult to apply the self-regulation mechanism on the business area without any market mechanisms are working, but also very inadvertant trial if the government intervention is regarded as means of making an order to set a well functioning self-regulation system.
