    The purpose of the present study is to explain the effects of self-efficacy, online task value and self-regulated learning on the satisfaction and achievement of cyber university students. The subject were 1,298 W cyber university students who participated 2007 1st semester. A hypothetical model was proposed, which was composed of self-efficacy, online task value and self-regulated learning factors as prediction variables, and satisfaction and achievement factors as outcome variables. The results of this study through structural equation modeling indicated that the online task value, self-regulated learning and self-efficacy influenced significantly on both learner`s satisfaction and achievement. The result showed that satisfaction is influenced by in order of online task value, self-efficacy, and self-regulated learning. We also found that self-regulated learning has most effect on achievement, followed by online task value, and self-efficacy. The results like these imply that factors which have significant correlations in learner`s motivation such as self-efficacy, online task value and self-regulated learning should be considered for the design and development strategies of online courses of cyber university. This study will serve as a first step in measuring structures of online situation in cyber university and can provide valuable insights about the future performance of the students in online learning.

    The purpose of the present study is to explain the effects of self-efficacy, online task value and self-regulated learning on the satisfaction and achievement of cyber university students. The subject were 1,298 W cyber university students who participated 2007 1st semester.
