Learning organization, which is partially adopted in private sector nowadays, has been highlighted as a new organizational management skill to innovate the organization. This study is to empirically verify if learning organization can be adopted for the police.
Since this study is characterized as a experimental research to use learning organization, it puts a priority on revealing the factors that have an influence on adoption of learning organization in police as well as impeding factors.
The study reveals that if the learning organization is adopted in police, it will improve the respondency to the demand of citizens for police service. Therefore, it will be very useful system to secure the ability to respond to the changing environment of police administration.
