아동의 권리에 관한 고찰 = A Study the Right of the Child

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

  “Child ist our Future”. The right of children to enjoy childhood to the fullest extend possible is enshrined in the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child as well as in the legal framework of many countries.<BR>  Yet korea child policies focuses on low-income families or child abuse. The situation of korea child welfare come to the fork of the roads, because the Korea"s childbirth rate is the lowest level in the world, 1.16.<BR>  The enforcement mechanism also seem to be outside of government responsibility. To formulate and promote public policies at every level that contribute to the well-being of children and youths. We are making children national priority.<BR>  This report acts as a wake-up call to child welfare, in particular child product safety, playground, traffic accident, public health(Medicaid).<BR>  First of all, an overview of the definition of child und young people in korea child welfare act. Second, this Paper will address history of the child welfare legislation in korea und other countries.<BR>  Republic Korea has ratified the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child In 1990. But there are many incongruences between the CRC and the Korean Family Law, children welfarelaw etc.<BR>  In conclusion, this Paper aims to propose the improvements in the current legislation comparing with other jurisdictions.
