벤처기업의 핵심성공요인에 관한 연구 = Study of Core Subjects and Success Strategy of Venture Companies in Each Growing Stage

This thesis has presented core management subjects which include establishing company, launching first product, launching follow-up products, initial public offering and stabilizing company in order to classify developing stage of venture companies. Core management subjects and core success factors are objective indispensable conditionsfor venture companies to be successful. CEO role is to show internal thriving effort to cope with these environment requirements and it is certainly necessary to practically optimize the use of external resources to provide reinforcement to venture companies. As core success factors of venture companies can vary depending on which growing level they are in it, CEO`s role should also change. Technology development, corporate vision, corporate strategy is always important. However, as growing level goes up, CEO should put more effort in marketing, sales, manufacturing and procurement. As above, we have reviewed core management subjects of venture companies in terms of different growing level and their core success factors.
