지역성과 관련한 한국 춤의 언어문화학적 연구법 고찰 -대구 지역 권명화 살풀이를 중심으로- = Linguistic-cultural study of Korean dance in relation to regional characteristics -Focused on Gwon Myung-Hwa Salpuri Dance of Daegu area

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The point of the study is considering dance as a language and a unit of culture in a society where languages are in use. Regional characteristics of Daegu Salpuri (exocism), which is the topic of this text, are originated from the unique dance of Gyeongsang-do. Needless to say that the linguistic and ideological meaning of terms used for Salpuri dance has no specific local characteristics. However, sloppy and idle dance of Yeongnam area is also known as its powerful footsteps and hand gesture. And the dance is believed to have similarities with geographical features of the area. Like this, close relation between dance and region becomes culture as it adds regional life style and sprit. In addition to that, dance works as a silent language, expresses their idea and leads local culture. Therefore, considering dance as a language and studying its history, conveyance style and structure help understand the ideology of local characteristics. Furthermore, it is a way to find the identity of Korean local culture. Local characteristics seen through dance help grasp straightforward regional differences and structures. In addition to that, it is creating cultural value through interpreting local cultural setting and through cultural understanding and differentiation. This significant study with its original concept as art now means cultural understanding and enhances value and ideology of our culture. We need re-discover high value of Shilla`s culture and Yeongnam`s regional heritage through traditional dance.
