The purpose of study is to evaluate the relationship between job stress and job satisfaction of flight attendant. The result can be summarized as follows. (1) Job stress and job satisfaction were related negatively and overload and role ambiguity were major factors that decrease the job satisfaction. (2) Class of position, marital status, and length of service have a significant effect on the job stress. (3) Class of position, marital status, and scholarship were proved to have a significant effect on the job satisfactions. These results represent that it is necessary to perform survey of job stress and satisfaction periodically and to apply effective managerial program and feed back for decreasing the recognized level of hazard factors by flight attendants.
