      This study was to investigate the difference principal's perspective from teacher's perspective about servant leadership of the early childhood educational institution, and the relationship of the early childhood educational institution and turnover intention from teacher's perspective. The subjects were 50 principals and 272 teachers from kindergartens and child care centers located in Gumi and Sangju, Gyeongsangbuk-Do. The data was analyzed by SPSS WIN computer program, Pearson's correlation and simple regression analyses were performed.<br/>
      The major findings of this study were as follows;<br/>
      First, there were the difference principal's perspective from teacher's perspective about servant leadership of the early childhood educational institution.<br/>
      Second, perceived servant leadership was the prediction variable in turn-over intention teacher's perspective.
