    The purpose of this study was to design Project-Based Learning(PBL) Model for technological literacy improvement of grade-schoolers.
    This study was carried out through literature review and analysis. The findings and suggestions of this study were as follows:
    1) Items which grade-schoolers should know or should be able to do for their being technologically literate were identified as 105 items through k-2, 3-5 on Standards of Technological Literacy.
    2) Adaption PBL(project-based learning) model to STL(standard of technological literacy) was valid because they had similarities in an integrated approach, design, systematic approach, and constructivism approach.
    3) PBL model for technological literacy improvement of grade-schoolers was designed as 7th steps, including a tentative subject setting, preparation of resources, project design, information collecting, idea design, making product, and evaluation of process and product.
    4) Validity of PBL model designed at this study should be inspected at education field because it was developed just by literature review and analysis.
    5) Various teaching and learning materials at the base of the PBL model should be developed for making full use of the PBL model.

    This study was carried out through literature review and analysis. The findings and suggestions of this study were as follows:
