Nowadays, there are a lot of firms which seek organizational effectiveness by performance oriented evaluation, in other words, gain sharing system in which they allocate certain amount of the company profits to the employees through fair evaluation. Therefore, this paper could be summarized in the following manner.
First of all, this research started with the comprehension of the concept and the main ideas on gain sharing system, performance evaluation, MBO System, and organizational effectiveness for the abstract consideration on the subject, and then followed with the investigation on actual processes of the company induction, the present conditions after them, and the academic definitions of each theories.
Second, this paper came up with the research models from the theoric researched, built research hypothesis, and verified them through actual proofs.
The results from the analysis of the research conducted as above, goes as follows.
First, the employee‘s perception of the pay justice turned out to be in statistical similarity with their job satisfaction, pay satisfaction and organizational commitment in the enterprises that tried gain sharing system.
Second, it could be said that the recognition to application of the performance evaluation system and the feedback of the evaluation consequence conduct the significant role on the successful operation of the gain sharing system.
