장학요원의 멘터 효능감과 그에 따른 임상장학 양상에 관한 연구 = A study for mentor efficacy of supervisors and the aspect of clinical supervision based on mentor efficacy

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 유치원 장학요원의 멘터 효능감의 정도와 멘터 효능감의 차이에 따른 임상장학의 유형, 방법, 내용을 비교·분석해 보는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 유치원 장학요원 166명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 분석한 결과 전체 멘터 효능감은 중상 정도인 것으로 나타났다. 설문조사 결과를 기초로 멘터 효능감이 높은 상집단과 멘터 효능감이 낮은 하집단에서 사례연구 대상자를 선정하여 임상장학을 진행하였다. 연구결과 장학요원의 멘터 효능감의 정도에 따라 임상장학의 유형 및 방법은 차이가 있었으나, 장학의 내용은 멘터 효능감의 정도에 따라 큰 차이가 없었으며 이것은 유치원 교육철학이나 피장학요원의 교육경력, 관심사 등과 더 밀접한 관련이 있는것으로 분석되었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to investigate the level of mentor efficacy of kindergarten supervisors and to compare closely the differences in the type, method and contents of clinical supervision by the level of mentor efficacy. As a result of conducting questionaries for 166 supervisors responsible for kindergarten and analyzing their answers, it was found that the overall mentor efficacy corresponded to the a little above the middle level, In addition, it was revealed that there was significant difference in the level depending on their position, experience in supervision-related training. Based on the results from the questionaries, 2 subjects from the high level of mentor efficacy group and 2 from the low level of mentor efficacy group were selected to perform clinical supervision. As a result of analyzing the data, there was difference in type and method of clinical supervision based the level of mentor efficacy. Several suggestions were made based on the results.
