    The objective of this research is to examine the images of Korea in articles of Chinese newspapers, as well as the images of China in articles of Korean newspapers. Based on the previous studies and theoretical discussions, we tested six research hypotheses on both nations` country image in the articles of the newspapers. In order to empirically test the hypotheses, we collected 2,407 articles from the Korean newspapers, as well as 1,772 articles from the Chinese newspapers. Major empirical findings are as follows. First, Chinese concern on Korean economy and society constantly increased over last 7 years. Second, the increasing pace of Chinese concern on Korean society was more rapid than that on Korean economy. Third, there was no specific pattern over time in Korean concern and evaluation on China.
