지역사회 중심 장애학생 진로교육에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Community-Based Career Education for the Disabled

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

According to the objectives of this study, the community-based rehabilitation, vocational guidance and model, and the cooperation of academic and industrial circles-based career guidance were investigated.
The career education is kind of different according to where we put an emphasis on, but it need to developed in various ways through the cooperation with the community. A good career education and employment are difficult without supporting from the industrial and social organization. It is necessary to make up professional organization to link the industry circles and school, because in the case of advanced nations, the coordinators between two groups have been made a great contribution to a successful career education.
The committee of cooperation of academic and industrial circles need to be set up for the employment of the disabled by which the operation of training plan, curriculum and guidance should be examined . In addition, the system should be more activated with the adoption of research support, the use of human resources, the exchange of information, and facility tour.
Currently in Korea, as the law of the independent career education and the education of the cooperation of academic and industrial circles are not yet established, and the basics are not enough and the participation of business owners is low. Accordingly, the cooperation committee of local company need to be organized and should make efforts to respond to the needs with all institutes participating
When considering the reality of special education in Korea with the lack of middle education between school and job in the field, the vocational education and guidance for the severely disabled is very important. So the theoretical and practical program is demanded on the career guidance and education focused on the cooperation of academic and industrial circles.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 연구목적에 따라 지역사회중심 장애학생 진로교육을 고찰함에 있어 지역사회중심 재활과 장애학생 직업진로지도, 지역사회적응을 위한 장애학생 진로교육모형, 지역사회 산학협동중심 장애학생 직업진로지도를 중심으로 살펴보았다.
직업진로교육은 강조점을 어디에 두는가에 따라 다소 다르기는 하지만 특히 지역사회와의 협력을 통하여 다양한 방법으로 전개되어야 한다. 각종 산업체와 사회기관들이 협력하고 지원하는 체제가 올바로 이루어지지 않고서는 충실한 직업진로교육이 되기 어렵고, 직업교육을 실시한다고 해도 고용이 어렵게 된다. 선진국의 지역사회에서의 산학협동을 볼 때 중요한 역할을 담당하고 산학협동의 성공에 크게 기여하는 요소가 산한협동의 조정자들인데, 학교와 산업계를 연결시키고 조정하는 전문기구의 구성이 필요하다. 장애인의 일반기업체 취업을 담당하는 데는 산학협동위원회가 구성되어서 훈련계획의 운영, 훈련교과 과정 및 내용, 훈련생에 대한 훈련지도, 훈련현장 및 기타 산학협동 훈련사항을 심의하여야 한다. 특히 산학협동을 지역사회 현장교육장의 활용만으로 간주해서는 안 되며 연구지원, 인력자원활용, 각종정보교환, 위탁교육, 시설견학 등 다양한 방법이 도입되어 활성화되어야 할 것이다.
현재 독립된 진로교육법이나 산학협동교육법이 없어 근거가 미비하고 분산되어 있으며, 일반학생들의 산학협동 경우에 있어서도 사업주의 참여가 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 지방기업체협력위원회를 지역적으로 조직하여 산업계, 교육계, 학계, 정부, 관련기관이 모두 참여하여 산업체의 요구와 학교의 요구를 조화시키는 노력을 해야 할 것이다.
학교교육과 직업생활과의 중간적인 교육이 충분치 못한 한국의 특수교육의 현실을 감안해 볼 때, 특수학교에서의 진로지도나 직업교육이 중증장애인의 경우 전환기 교육으로서의 중요한 역할을 가진다고 볼 수 있으며, 무엇보다 지역사회와의 연계성 특히 지역사회 산업체와의 연계성 있는 산학협동 중심의 직업진로교육에 관한 이론적 접근과 구체적이고 실천적인 프로그램이 요구된다.
