성격 양식 및 대인관계 문제해결 능력이 생활 스트레스와 우울에 미치는 영향 = The effect of personality style and interpersonal problem solving ability on life stress, depression

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 스트레스에 대한 사회지향성과 자율지향성, 대인관계 문제해결 능력의 영향을 알아보았다. 사회지향성과 자율지향성은 우울에 대한 스트레스원의 영향을 중재한다고 여겨지는 성격 양식이다. 이 연구에서 이러한 성격 양식이 스트레스 발생에 미치는 영향과 더 나아가 우울과의 관련성을 보고자 하였다. 특히 이러한 성격 양식이 대인관계 문제해결 능력과 상호작용하여 스트레스에 영향을 주는지 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 대학생 325명을 대상으로 성격 양식 질문지(PSI-Ⅱ), 생활사건 질문지, 대인관계 문제해결 질문지, 우울을 측정하였고 위계적 중다 회귀 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 사회지향성과 자율지향성은 대인관련 스트레스와 성취관련 스트레스를 유의미하게 예측하였다. 대인관계 문제해결 능력과 자율지향성의 상호작용은 대인관계, 성취관련 스트레스 모두에서 나타났다. 그러나 사회지향성과의 상호작용은 나타나지 않았다. 이러한 결과를 함의와 제한점, 그리고 앞으로의 연구방향 맥락에서 논의하였다.
