지원고용 프로그램의 한국적인 적용에서의 문제점과 개선 방향 = Problems and reform direction in application process of supported employment program to korean situation

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 우리나라에서 지원고용을 적용하는 과정에서 어떤 부분이 잘못되었는지 그리고 그 개선책은 무엇인지에 대해 집중적으로 파악하고 논의하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 우선 미국에서 지원고용 프로그램이 출현하게 된 과정을 비롯하여 지원고용 프로그램이 등장하게 됨으로써 미국 사회와 장애인들에게 가져다 준 파급 효과, 그리고 우리나라에서 지원고용 프로그램을 도입하고 적용하게 된 역사와 과정, 또한 그와 같은 과정에서 나타나는 문제점으로서 1차적으로 법적ㆍ제도적 문제점 과 지원고용 프로그램을 직접 수행하는 인력의 문제점으로 구분하고 아울러 그 개선책이 논의되었다.

The purpose of this study was to identify and discuss what is wrong in the application process of supported employment program to Korean situation and what is a reform measure for it. First of all, including the background and process from which supported employment program emerged in United States, the spreading effect that it brings about in American society and people with disabilities and the history and process which it is introduced and applied to Korea were described. And the problems in the application process of supported employment program. which can be divided into the problem in legislation and system and the problem in personnel who is working for supported employment program and, at the same time, a reform measure were discussed.
