The purpose of this study is to fond out the degree of the students' perception of curriculum efficiency and teaching professionalism according to the student teaching programs in early childhood education. The results showed that the college students perceived higher than the students at a short course teaching program in the perception of the curriculum efficiency as well as the teaching professionalism. And the general correlation showed significantly between the students' perception of curriculum efficiency and teaching professionalism.
