This paper aims to investigate emprically the effect of the reflective thinking training on the Kindergarten preservice teacher. Applying the Reggio Approach to the Kindergarten preservice teacher's education, we could find the improvement of their practical ability, If we could apply the Reggio Approach to the Kindergarten preservice teachers' education, those teachers could have the opportunity of emergent curriculum, and use it skillfully. After this application study, we can also find the role change of the Kindergarten preservice teacher from the simple functional role to the leading that. In conclusion, it proved that the Reggio Approach was very effective to the reflective thinking training on the Kindergarten preservice teachers' education.
