중장년층 장애인의 정규직 상태변화가 생활만족도에 미치는 영향에 관한 종단연구 : 성별과 장애정도의 비교를 중심으로 = A longitudinal study on effect of Regular Work status change on Life Satisfaction of mid-aged with Disabilities: based on comparison of Gender and Disable state

The objective of this study was to examine a relationship between regular rork status on life satisfaction of mid-aged with disabilities, based on comparison of gender and disable state. For the study, 1006 data, which derived from the first wave and the forth wave data providing at Korea Employment Agency for the Disabled were utilized. To analyze the data, SPSS 18.0 was used. I examined the relationship between regular work state change and life satisfaction in life cycle aspect, and the result was as follow. A regular work maintenance and a regular work change in a mid-aged man with a minor disabled among regular work state changes appeared to thing related to life satisfaction. I found out the difference according to sex and disable degree this study on the relation between change of regular work state and life satisfaction. As finding out the differentiation, we can raise understanding regarding a heterogeneity between groups. Based on the result, I presented an intervention plan to be practical so that I developed a program, and the quality of life of the disabled can be improved additionally with differences according to sex and disable degree and policy implication.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 한국장애인고용공단에서 조사한 전국 규모의 제1차년도와 제4차년도의 ‘장 애인 고용패널’ 자료를 이용하여, 장애인들의 정규직 상태변화와 생활만족도 간의 관계 가 그들의 성별과 장애정도에 따라 미치는 영향이 다름을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 등록 장 애인 4397명 중 30세 이상 64세 이하의 중장년층 1006명을 중증남성, 경증남성, 중증여성, 경증여성으로 구분하여 SPSS 19.0을 수행하였다. 정규직 상태변화와 생활만족도 간 을 동태적으로 살펴본 결과, 경증남성에서만 정규직 상태변화 중 정규직 유지와 정규직 전환 변인이 생활만족도와 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 성별과 장애정도에 따라 정규직 상태의 변화와 생활만족도와의 관계가 다름을 규명하였으며, 이러한 차이를 밝힘으로써, 집단 간 이질성에 대한 이해를 높이고 이를 바탕으로 성별과 장애정도에 따라 차이가 있는 프로그램을 개발하고, 나아가서는 장애인들의 삶의 질이 개선될 수 있도록 실천적인 개입방안과 정책적인 함의를 제시하였다.
