미래인터넷에서 콘텐츠의 보호와 관련한 이슈에 대한 검토 = A Study on the Issues related with the Contents` Protection in the Future Internet

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

No one can describe exactly how the future internet will be developed. However, under the experimental prospects, it would be characterized as smart-type, ubiquitous-type, green-type, safety-type and realistic-type internet. Anyhow, the future internet will get over various obstacles such as internet traffic and vicious bot that the current internet system has had since 1960`s and will provide the best service anybody can use in anytime, anywhere. The future internet is not just supplementation or development of current internet system but a kind of new reformation. Therefore, some possible issues in the future internet are not only about new technical issues but also about a variety of social and cultural ones. Among other things, a main task is the protecting and promoting of the content which will be distributed and traded through the future internet. Of course, this issue is regulated in many ways and still discussed for improvement under the current internet. A innovative new content will be appeared in the future internet era and it has no choice but to be discussed and suggested new ways to protect and promote it. It should be expected the main direction of protecting and promoting of the contents under the future internet will be a good circulation of creation, protection, promotion and application of the contents. Therefore, under the future internet system, the contents should not be regulated strictly but guaranteed to create various and innovative contents.
