기독교사회복지의 영성적 실천과 인간성 회복

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 교회사회사업의 영역에서 영성적인 사회복지실천이 어떻게 인간성 회복에 영향을 줄 수 있을까하는 고민으로부터 비롯되었다. 이를 위해 먼저 서론에서 교회의 사회복지실천과 인간성이 영성과 어떤 관계인지를 언급하였다. 이를 통해 교회사회사업의 영성적 사회복지실천의 맥락을 제시하고, 다음에
인간성이 무엇인지 개념화하려 하였으며, 영성적 사회복지는 어떤 방법으로 실천하는지를 정리하였다. 그리고 그러한 실천방법들이 인간성 회복에 어떤 영향을 주게 될 것인지를 설명하였다. 교회는 예수 그리스도를 나타내는 영성적 공동체이다. 예수는 하나님의 형상을 보여주는 영성적인 참 인간이다. 진정한 인간성은 예수님의 성품과 삶을 닮는 것이며, 기독교사회복지는 이러한 영성의 외연화된 활동(extensionalized activities)이라고 설명하였다. 하나님의 형상으로서 인간은 삼위일체 하나님의 개별성과 공동체성을 닮아야 한다. 개별성은 자유의 문제로 주체성, 진실성, 유연성, 가치지향성, 그리고 이성적 소양(knowledge)을 포함하고 공동체성은 사랑의 문제로 초월성과 도덕성, 자기절제와 공생성(symbiotic nature) 그리고 민감하고 섬세한 감정이입적 참여를 요구한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study began with a question of how christian social welfare practice can influence on the restoration of human nature in the field of christian social welfare. Thus, in the introduction the relationship between social welfare practice of church and human nature with spirituality. Through this the context of spiritual social welfare practice of Church Social Work is suggested, then much effort was placed on conceptualizing what human nature is and the method of practicing spiritual social welfare is summarized. Moreover, the influence of those practice methods on restoration of human nature is explained. Church is a spiritual community that represents Jesus Christ. Jesus is a truly spiritual human that displays the image of God. True human nature is about becoming alike with Jesus in character and life and christian social welfare is an extensionalized activity of spirituality. As an image of God we must become alike with the Trinity God in individuality and community. Individuality includes subjectivity, fidelity, pliability, value-directivity, and rational knowledge as a problem of freedom, whereas community requires transcendentalism, morality, self-control, symbiotic nature and sensitive and delicate empathical participation as a problem of love.
