글로벌리즘(Globalism)의 본질 = The Essence of Globalism

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 글로벌리즘의 본질이 무엇이며, 또 그것이 앞으로 어떤 형태로 전개되어 나갈 것인지에 대한 고찰을 목적으로 한다.
우리는 글로벌시대의 기점을 1990년대 초로 파악하고 있다. 그 시점은 소련이 사회주의체제를 해체시키고 자본주의 체제를 받아들였으며, 또 미국이 걸프전에서의 완벽한 승리라고 하는 사건을 통해 전 세계의 주축 국가로 부상하게 된 시점이었다. 그러한 역사적 사건들의 발생들이 계기가 되어 우리에게 개인적, 국가적 차원에서의 전 지구적 차원의 전략들이 가능해지게 되었다. 그러한 의미에서 우리는 1990년대 초를 글로벌시대라고 하는 새로운 시대의 기점으로 파악할 수 있게 된 것이다.
글로벌리즘이라고 하는 글로벌시대의 시대적 이념은 인류의 우주 진출을 계기로 해서 형성되어 나온 사상이다. 그 사상적 기초는 인류가 인공위성으로부터 관찰한 지구의 표면을 바라다보고 그것이 ‘우주에 떠 있는 둥근 공’(the globe) 모양이라는 사실에 근거하여 형성되었다고 말할 수 있다. 그 글로벌 세계는 어떠한 경계도 존재하지 않는 하나로 통일된 공간으로 이루어진 세계로 인식되는 세계이다. 글로벌리즘은 이 지구의 모든 인간이 그러한 인식을 바탕으로 해서 각 지역의 문화적 산물들을 함께 누려갈 수 있도록 그것들을 전지구화시켜나간다는 방향으로 전개되어 나왔다. 글로벌라이제이션 현상이 바로 그것이다.
지구에 살고 있는 인간들에 대한 글로벌리즘이라고 하는 우주적 차원의 인식은 글로벌라이제이션의 차원에서 끝나지 않았다. 그것은 지구가 중력과 온도가 다른 우주공간을 끊임없이 이동해감으로써 인간을 비롯한 지구의 모든 존재가 변화해 나간다는 인식을 인간들에게 형성시켜 나왔고 , 또 그것은 지구가 처해 있는 우주 자체가 팽창이라는 형태를 취해 우주 밖의 비존재공간과 합일해간다고 하는 인식으로까지 전개해 나가고 있다.
이렇게 인간의 우주적 차원을 통한 인간 자신들의 존재들에 대한 인식은 지역적 산물들의 전 지구화 과정, 지구의 우주공간의 이동과정, 우주의 팽창과정 등과 같은 , 차원들이 다른 제 과정들을 통해서 형성되어 나왔고, 또 그러한 과정들의 원형은 빛의 직진과정으로부터 찾을 수 있다고 하는 입장이 취해진다.
이처럼 이상과 같은 차원들이 다른 과정들을 기초로 해서 인간과 세계의 제 현상들을 파악하려는 입장을 우리는 프로세시즘이라 말해볼 수 있는데, 글로벌리즘이란 바로 이 사상을 기초로 해서 형성되어 나왔고, 또 그것을 통해서 전개되어 나갈 것이라고 하는 입장을 취해볼 수 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The object of this study is that what the essence of Globalism is, and how Globalism will unfold after this. We accept that the starting point of global ages is around the beginning of 1990s. In the next year of 1990 the unification of Germany was proclaimed, CSCE proclaimed the conclusion of the Cold war. The next year the Soviet union broke up he system of socialism, and accepted Capitalism, and in the same year U.S. of America came up as the main axis of all the countries in the world through the victory in th Gulf War. In this respect we can take a ground that a new ages what we call global ages came up.
The ideological basis of Globalism which had begun with the above events was made up with man’s advance into the universe by artificial satellites from the after half of 1950s as the turning point. Globalism has been embodied to the direction that all the people on the globe demolish all of walls, for examples political, economic, cultural, ideological, racial ethnical, and so on walls, and globalize all of local cultures in the world for all the people in the earth to enjoy them. That is nothing but the phenomena of globalization.
When we think about globalism in this level, we can take a ground that man grasped his world not in terms of a local region but in viewpoint of the Universe.
The role of the viewpoint for man to understand himself and his world in the globe was not ended in the level of globalization. After that it has made up the recognition that all of man and beings in the earth are changing as the earth is moving into the universal space which is unlike in terms of gravity and temperature. And also it did not end in that level. This recognition about the world has developed to the level of the cognition that the universe is unifying itself with the space of non being which is outside of the universe through its inflation. Man’s consciousness on his own being which was formed through his recognition on the universe was made up through the consciousness on the process of which local cultures are globalized, the process of which the earth is moving in the space of the universe, and we can insist that the prototype of those processes come from the process of photons travelling straight.
In conclusion, we can insist that globalism is unfolding on the basis of such a processism through which we can name the standpoint for us to understand the phenomena about man and his world.
