미술치료학의 특수성과 연구방법론 = Uniqueness of Art Therapy and Research Methodolgy

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Art therapy is a relatively new realm of study that combines arts and psychotherapy in social science. It is very important to find an appropriate research methodology that would give art therapy a strong theoretical base in acadernic world.
The research in art therapy has its own uniqueness acadernically, clinically, and artistically. However, it has been lirnited by conducting more quantitative researches than qualitative ones.
It seems more appropriate to apply qualitative research methodology in art therapy at this point to broaden the realm of art therapy, especially for research purposes. By conducting more qualitative researches in art therapy, it will conσibute not only to broaden the specialty of art therapy itself, but also to expedite close interactions with any other related studies.
