인문사회과학영역 : 무용교육 지원사업의 현황 및 과제 = Humanities and Social Sciences : The present state and assignments of Dance Education support project

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The study aims to overview the current state of various dance support projects in the context of the policy shifts of art and culture education for creativity and character forming and furthermore to present suggestions for employment and fortification in the field of dance. The expansion of various dance education support project requires participation of involved professionals, accounting for much of dance-related job creation. Therefore, there are suggestions to develop professional abilities of dance educator to meet these social needs. First, there are tasks of diverse dance education contents development, which includes curriculum integration, model of integrated art, program development for various areas and audience, specialized program development and teaching models development. Second, these are concerned with improving professionalism of dance teachers, covering the diversification of dance education in its contents and methods, field-associated teacher education program, developing humanities qualities and boosting information regarding art and culture education. These will make it possible for dancers to carry out various tasks successfully in the field of dance and art and culture also to develop as an art educator, ultimately helping create dance-related jobs and revitalizing dance education.
