미술적 몰입이 예비 초등 교사들의 자기효능감에 미치는 영향 연구 = A study of the self-efficacy related to artistic flow

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Changes in pre-service teachers' self efficacy are explored in this study. The major question addressed by this research concerns whether artistic flow which comes from teaching the arts for its own sake influenced self-efficacy. The sample consisted of 83 pre-service teachers from five universities of elementary education.
The results have been showed below.
1. Data showed that there was significant differences between pre and post self-efficacy related to artistic flow.
2. The flow of female pre-service teachers is higher than that of male pre-service teachers.
3. There was no differences between the flow from two-dimensional art activities and the flow from three-dimensional art activities.

The results of this study expand on earlier finding by showing that artistic flow strongly influences pre-service teachers' self-efficacy.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 미술적 몰입이 예비 초등 교사들의 자기효능감의 향상에 영향을 미치는지를 조사하는 것이었다. 이러한 연구목적을 실현하기 위한 연구문제는 다음과 같다: 1) 미술적 몰입이 예비 초등 교사들의 자기효능감의 향상에 기여하는가? 2) 그렇다면 성별과 미술적 영역(입체, 평면)에 따른 자기효능감의 차이는 존재하는가? t 검증을 활용하여 처리한 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다.
1. 몰입발생은 자기효능감을 향상시켰다. 즉 ‘미술활동에서 몰입이 발생은 자기효능감이 상승으로 이어질 것’이라는 연구가설이 긍정되었음을 의미한다. 2. 여성 예비 교사들의 몰입 수준이 남성 예비교사들보다 높았다. 3. 평면·입체 활동에 따른 몰입의 차이는 없었다. 다른 활동영역에서의 몰입이 자기효능감과 같은 내적 동기를 강화하는 것과 같이 미술활동 같은 특수 영역에서의 몰입도 자기효능감을 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다.
